3. Contact by email
The contact links on this site open the email application on your device, with a subject already filled in, so that you can write a message to contacto@numa.lv. This sending does not go through Numa's site or through a form: the message leaves your email application or provider and arrives directly in Numa's email inbox. You can edit or delete any part before sending. If the email application does not open, write directly to contacto@numa.lv.
When you write to us, we receive your email address, the name your provider displays, the date and time, the subject, the text of the message and the attachments you include.

- "I want to talk about a partnership": assess and respond to partnership opportunities;
- "Other matter": respond to the subject indicated and route it to the person responsible.
Support for those who already own a Numa technology is provided through the Support form, whose notice describes the purpose. Messages received by email are not used to subscribe the user to marketing communications or newsletters.
Health data: do not send health data, diagnoses, tests, clinical images or other sensitive personal information by email, nor third-party data. Ordinary email may not be end-to-end protected and Numa does not control the security of your provider. If you send this type of information, we will process the message only to the extent necessary to respond and may delete the sensitive content.

Numa processes personal data on the legal bases applicable to each purpose, according to the law of the country where you are and the law of the country where Numa operates. In general:
- responding to your messages and taking steps prior to a possible contract, at your request: pre-contractual measures requested by you;
- processing orders, payments, delivery, exchanges, returns and warranty: performance of a contract;
- issuing tax documents and keeping records: compliance with a legal obligation;

- cookies and functional identifiers described in this Policy: necessity to provide the functionality you use;
- consent, where the law requires it or where Numa expressly requests it, as in the Support form notice. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
6. Shopify, payments and providers
Numa uses Shopify as its e-commerce and checkout platform.
The data necessary for the transaction is processed by Shopify and/or by the payment providers available at checkout, depending on the method chosen. Numa does not receive the full card data when processing is carried out directly by those providers.
Payment methods may change over time. This Policy must not be read as a promise of the permanent availability of any specific provider, card brand or method.
7. With whom information may be processed
To operate the site, e-commerce, customer service and delivery, Numa uses infrastructure and technology providers.
Depending on the flow, information may be processed by services responsible for:
- hosting and running the site;
- database infrastructure;
- e-commerce and checkout platform;
- payment processing;
- protection against abuse, fraud and automation;
- corporate email, which receives and stores messages sent to contacto@numa.lv (Microsoft 365, by Microsoft);
- sending operational notifications by email;
- transport, logistics and delivery.
To complete delivery, Numa may process and share the strictly necessary data with logistics operators, carriers or providers involved in shipping the order.
Where necessary, the information may also be shared with professional service providers or competent authorities to comply with tax, accounting or legal obligations — including the Dirección Nacional de Ingresos Tributarios (DNIT) in the issuance of electronic tax documents — or to defend rights.
These services are used to make Numa's operation and customer service possible.
Numa does not sell personal data sent through the site.
8. Exchanges, returns, refunds and warranty
When you request an exchange, return, refund, support or warranty, we may process the order and product data, serial number, description of the problem, documents, images and other information reasonably necessary to assess and resolve the request.
9. Tax and legal obligations
We may process the data necessary to issue tax documents, keep records, comply with tax obligations and meet applicable legal requirements.
Data related to the purchase may also be used for fraud prevention, accounting reconciliation, defence of rights and responding to competent authorities where applicable.
10. Cookies and site technologies
Currently, the site does not use advertising pixels or analytics tools for marketing tracking.
The site may use cookies and functional identifiers needed to maintain the choices made by the visitor and to operate certain features.
One of these cookies is used to remember the market selection made by the visitor and to maintain a consistent experience.
When the visitor enters an eligible purchase flow, Numa may also use a functional, pseudonymous identifier to maintain and coordinate the cart experience. This identifier is generated randomly, contains no name, email, phone or other contact information, and stays in the browser for a maximum of 30 days.
To make this feature possible, Numa may keep in its systems a technical association between this identifier and the corresponding cart maintained by the e-commerce infrastructure used by Numa.
These technologies are used for the operation and continuity of the site and cart experience, and not for behavioural advertising or marketing tracking.
You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies; if you block functional cookies, some features, such as the cart and the market selection, may not work properly.
If new analytics, advertising or marketing technologies are activated in the future, this Policy must be reviewed and, where applicable, the applicable consent mechanism must be implemented.
11. Retention
Data will be kept for the period necessary to receive, assess, follow up and document the request, and to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations or those related to the defence of rights.
Data related to orders and transactions will be kept in line with these criteria and for the additional period necessary to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, or for the exercise and defence of rights.
Records, business contacts, email messages and support records are kept while there is a purpose that justifies the processing and a legal basis for keeping them, including commercial and service follow-up, compliance with legal obligations and the defence of rights.
When no longer needed, they may be deleted or anonymized, as applicable.
Technical records used exclusively to coordinate the cart experience are kept only for the period necessary for that purpose. The technical association between the visitor's pseudonymous identifier and the cart is deleted periodically, within a maximum of 45 days from its last technical update.
12. Security
Numa adopts technical and organizational measures intended to reduce the risks of unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or loss of information.
No system is completely immune to risk. If you identify a possible problem related to your data or to your use of the site, contact Numa.
13. Your data and your requests
You may contact Numa to request information about the personal data related to you, request access to, or the update or correction of, information, object to certain processing and make other privacy-related requests, in accordance with the rights provided by the law applicable to your situation.
Commercial communications: if you receive commercial communications from Numa, you can ask at any time for them to stop by writing to contacto@numa.lv. Numa will record the request and stop the commercial communications addressed to you. This request does not, by itself, delete your data or your record.
Data deletion: you may request the deletion of your personal data. Numa will handle the request in accordance with the rights provided by the applicable law and may keep information whose retention is necessary to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations, or to exercise and defend rights. Deletion is neither automatic nor immediate: it depends on the analysis of the request.
Channel for requests:
- Email: contacto@numa.lv
- Phone / WhatsApp: +595 972938716
Numa may request reasonable information to confirm the identity of the requester before handling certain requests.
14. Transfers and infrastructure
Because Numa uses technology, email, e-commerce, payment and infrastructure services that may operate in different countries, information may be processed outside the country where the visitor is located, including international data transfer, where necessary to provide the service.
Numa seeks to use providers appropriate to the nature and purpose of the processing and, where the applicable law requires it, to adopt the corresponding safeguards for those transfers.
15. Updates to this Policy
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site, the services, the providers used, Numa's operation or the applicable rules.
The version published on the site must state the date of its last update.
